It is based 100% on the degree of injury and your medical care (as frequency and duration of treatment) as well as liability factors. You will receive this after completion of care.

How Will I Pay My Bill? - The best way is to have Medical Pay coverage on your auto insurance. You have no out of pocket expenses and it won’t be paid out of your settlement monies. Health insurance is not usually used due to policy limitations. An Attorney’s Lien is for those who have no insurance.
